I want to share my experience with motorcyclecloseout.com. I was on the hunt for a bicycle and did a ton of research. But when I finally settled on a bike and brand, I couldn’t find one anywhere—thanks to COVID-19, supply issues, and all that jazz. Just when I was about to throw in the towel, I stumbled upon motorcyclecloseout.com, and they really turned my day around. Here’s why:
- Stephanie from customer service was super helpful. I called them a bunch of times, and she was professional, addressing all my buying and logistics questions quickly, showing they genuinely care.

- Their website is nicely organized, easy to navigate, and has competitive prices. I checked prices everywhere, and they were solid.

- I was fortunate to have Jeremy help me with my purchase. He made it a breeze to find the right bike. No nonsense, not pushy, no rush—just honest guidance on what I really needed since it was my first bike.

I drove from out of state to complete the transaction (thanks to some manufacturer contract rules), and I’m really glad I did. The store was spacious, well-lit, and easy to get around with plenty of parking. I think the store and site logo could use a little sprucing up in terms of color and design. I’d recommend this merchant without a second thought—great folks, good prices, and top-notch customer service that made the whole experience truly special.

This helmet fits just right and actually looks way better than in the photo. I haven't been able to take it for a spin yet due to the rain, but I can't wait to flaunt it on the road.

Terrible customer support. I purchased a helmet that was too small and ended up shelling out $30 to return it. Rather than giving me a refund, they convinced me to accept store credit to avoid losing more cash. After that, I ordered another helmet, but it arrived with a broken visor right out of the box. It took nearly a week for customer service to get back to me, and they suggested sending me parts so I could fix it myself. Just absurd. Plus, the shipping took forever.

I got myself a lovely Bell helmet for Christmas. The delivery was speedy, and the ordering was a breeze. I'm really pleased with what I bought.

I'm still figuring out this helmet. My measurements fall right in between XS and S. I opted for the XS, hoping it might loosen up a bit as I use it. I've been testing it out to see if it fits well... I've got a month to decide. So far, this company has been great to work with.

I really wish the return policy was laid out in detail before I placed my order. After sending back an item, I discovered that I had to exchange it for the exact same one. Why on earth would I want to do that if it didn’t fit and there wasn’t a bigger size available? Folks should be allowed to use their credit for any other product instead of just losing their cash if they can’t or don’t want the same thing.
